My Story
Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked in online marketing, website management, and even ran my own commercial cleaning business. While those jobs kept me busy, I always felt something deeper was calling, a part of me that needed to slow down, reconnect with nature, and understand myself on a more meaningful level.
In early 2023, I left my job and travelled through South America for three months. The highlight of the trip was spending time in the Peruvian Amazon, where I participated in traditional Shipibo ayahuasca ceremonies in a safe, guided setting. That experience was a turning point. It opened my eyes to the power of natural healing, the wisdom of the body, and the importance of deep rest and emotional release.
When I returned home, I knew I wanted to do something more heart-driven. Massage felt like the right place to start, a way to help others feel more grounded and whole.

My Approach
I take a simple, intuitive approach to massage. No two treatments are ever the same. I listen closely to what your body needs on the day, whether that’s relaxation, deeper muscle work, or just a safe space to slow down. My treatments are often a blend of traditional Swedish massage techniques with my own gentle form of energy work, which involves intention, breath, and a lot of quiet visualisation.
Rather than working from a rigid routine, I let the body guide the flow. That’s where the magic happens. I believe healing doesn’t have to be dramatic or loud. It can be subtle, quiet, and deeply restorative. And if you happen to fall asleep during your session? That’s honestly one of the highest compliments a massage therapist can get.
My intention with every treatment is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and deeply relaxed, free from judgment or pressure. Whether you're carrying physical tension, emotional stress, or just need to feel held for a while, I’m here to help you reset, reconnect, and feel more like yourself again.
